How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All of our products are print to order. It typically takes about 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before leaving the production facility. In addition to shipping time, in total it should take about 5-8 business days for domestic orders, 7-10 business days for Canada orders, and 12-14 business days for UK orders.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat rate shipping tiers based on the weight of your order. Most US orders will have a shipping cost of $5.95. Orders over $75 can receive free shipping.

Why are my items shipped separately?

Some products may be shipped separately because they are packaged differently. For example, a coffee mug would be packaged differently from a t-shirt, therefore it would be shipped in a separate box.

How do I track my package?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. If you have not received it within a reasonable time frame please contact us.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed or canceled. While we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our easy Returns Policy once your order has been delivered to you.

Can I make an exchange?

All of our items are print to order, meaning we do not keep an inventory. For this reason we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or color you may return your item for store credit.

Can I make a return or get a refund?

If you would like to return your items for any reason you may do so for store credit within 21 days from date of purchase. All items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective. If it has been more than 21 days the Returns Portal will not allow you to make a return for that particular order.

Why was my order canceled?

There are several reasons why your order may have been canceled:

1. The item(s) sold out.

2. There is a delay in replenishment for your item(s).

3. We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order. If the billing address stated on the order does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to correct your billing information. Once updated, you may create a new order using the correct billing address.

Note: If your order is canceled for any of the reasons above, you will receive an email confirming your order’s cancellation. The full amount of the order will be refunded back to the original form of payment used. Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution. If your order is canceled and you used store credit for the purchase you may reuse the store credit on your next purchase.
